Enki Guardian Mode: How Approval Workflows Protect Your Capital

Don't want the bot to fire without your sign-off? Guardian mode puts you in the loop.

📅 April 28, 20261 min read

How It Works

1. Enki generates a trade signal

2. Instead of executing, it sends you a notification with the trade details

3. You approve or reject from the Enki dashboard

4. If you approve, the trade executes. If you reject (or ignore for 24 hours), it auto-declines.

The 24-Hour Auto-Expiry

Stale pending approvals are automatically declined after 24 hours. This prevents the queue from jamming with old signals that are no longer relevant.

When to Use Guardian Mode

  • When you're new to Enki and want to learn before trusting the automation
  • When you're in a volatile market period and want extra oversight
  • When to Turn It Off

Once you've run Enki for 2–3 months with Guardian on and you're consistently approving its signals — turn it off. The whole point of the system is automation.
