SocialMate shipped 50+ features in its first 60 days — solo, no VC, no team. Here's the actual workflow behind it.
In 60 days, SocialMate shipped:
One person. No funding. No team. Day job.
**Claude Code as the core tool.** I build with Claude Code — Anthropic's AI coding agent. I describe what I need, it generates, I review, iterate, ship. It's not magic. It's a multiplier.
**CLAUDE.md as project memory.** Everything about SocialMate — tech decisions, feature flags, Stripe price IDs, known bugs, coding rules — lives in CLAUDE.md. Claude reads it every session. I don't repeat context.
**One PR per fix.** Never accumulate changes. One branch, one PR, one merge. Keeps the codebase clean and the deploy history meaningful.
**Inngest for background jobs.** Cron jobs, scheduled posts, AI agent runs, weekly digests — all Inngest. Set it and forget it.
**Vercel for deploy.** Every push to main auto-deploys. Feature ships the moment it merges.
There's no secret. It's just compounding momentum + AI tooling + refusing to stop.
