How to Promote Your OnlyFans Without Posting All Day

Chefs, trainers and musicians use OnlyFans too. Here is a simple weekly system for the promo posts that bring subscribers in, and what a scheduler can and cannot do.

OnlyFans has a reputation, but plenty of the creators on it are chefs, personal trainers, musicians, artists and coaches selling recipes, programs, lessons and behind-the-scenes access. Whatever you make, the hard part is the same: subscribers have to find you somewhere else first, because OnlyFans does not recommend creators to new people the way TikTok or YouTube does.

That means your growth depends on the posts you put out on other platforms. Here is how to do that without living on your phone.

Pick two places, not six

Most creators burn out promoting everywhere at once. Pick the two platforms where your kind of fan already hangs out. For a lot of creators that is X plus a Telegram channel. Bluesky and Mastodon are growing and friendlier to links than most big platforms. Discord works well if you already run a server.

Batch a week of posts in one sitting

Once a week, write everything: two or three previews of what is new, one post with your subscription link, one that answers a question fans ask, and one that is just you. Schedule them all at once. The posts go out while you are cooking, training or recording.

Rotate your offer

The same link post every day reads as spam. A rotation works better: your main link, a new drop, a discount or trial, a free sample. SocialMate's campaign mode does this on its own. You write up to 20 messages, pick the days and times, and it cycles them until an end date, up to 26 weeks out.

Own a channel

Algorithms decide who sees your posts on X and Bluesky. A Telegram channel does not. Everyone who joins sees every post. Start one, post your link there, and schedule updates to it through a bot you create with @BotFather.

Keep it safe for work

Every platform has its own rules about adult content, and breaking them can cost you the account you built. Schedule previews that would be fine on any feed and let the link do the rest.

What a scheduler cannot do

No tool can legitimately post to OnlyFans for you. OnlyFans has no official way for outside apps to post, and tools that log in as you break its rules and put your account at risk. SocialMate schedules the posts that send people to your page, and that is where it stops.

The free plan covers 250 posts a month to Telegram, Bluesky, Mastodon and Discord, scheduled up to two weeks ahead. X needs Pro at $8 a month. More at socialmate.studio/for/onlyfans-creators.
