# SocialMate for Teams: How Workspaces and Seat Sharing Work
SocialMate isn't just for solo creators. If you're running a brand, an agency, or a team of any size, SocialMate's workspace and seat system is built for you.
A workspace is an isolated environment inside SocialMate. It has its own connected accounts, posts, scheduled content, and settings. Think of it as a separate "brand account" you can switch between without logging out.
**Personal Workspace:** Your default space. Everything you connect and create here belongs to you.
**Client Workspaces:** If you're on the Agency plan, you can create up to 5 client workspaces — one per client. Each is fully isolated. Your client's Bluesky account doesn't mix with your own.
Seats determine how many users can access your SocialMate account. This is how teams collaborate:
| Plan | Seats |
|------|-------|
| Free | 2 |
| Pro | 5 |
| Agency | 15 |
Invite team members by email. They get access to your workspace without needing their own separate subscription.
If you manage social media for multiple clients, the Agency plan is built for you:
Compare that to hiring a social media manager or paying for enterprise tools — the math is obvious.
Workspace switching is instant and cookie-scoped. Click your workspace name in the sidebar, select a different workspace, and the entire dashboard switches context. Posts, connected accounts, and settings all update to reflect the workspace you're in.
Running a white-labeled agency? SocialMate offers add-ons:
Your clients see your brand, not SocialMate's.
